At this age, children are evolving into “little people,” so it becomes imperative for our teachers to foster mutual trust, value, and respect. In addition to strengthening teacher-student relationships, children also begin learning how to make friend. In both efforts, a sense of belonging is instilled, giving your child the feeling of our facility being like a second home for them.
Our Preschool for 3-year-olds Program starts to pivot toward laying a foundation for formal education. Children begin to be exposed to basic language, writing, science, and math concepts through fun learning activities. They also begin to interact with technology like tablets and even computers.

This is done as the children listen to stories, re-tell events, and perform dramatic play with puppets and props. Hands-on activities provide opportunities for exploration of concepts such as classification, serration, spatial relationships and numbers. Children learn Spanish vocabulary words through songs and games.
The Preschool for 3-Year-Olds Learning Environment
A variety of center play areas provide for the child’s personal exploration. Building with blocks, pretend play in the home living area, painting, constructing with different materials, exploring books, and working with manipulative materials enhance the child’s small motor and problem-solving skills. We also provide creative, well-equipped classrooms, field trips, and special events.
